Simon is the CEO and Founder of Adventures with Agile (AWA). He is a world-class systemic coach, leadership coach, mentor, facilitator, and trainer with over 20 years of experience supporting organizations in their growth and making working life better. Most recently, Simon is the author of the book Change: A Practitioner’s Guide to Enterprise Coaching about people-led organizational change. He’s a member of the ICAgile Expert – Enterprise Agile Coaching certification committee and teaches Systems Coaching and Thinking and Enterprise Agile Bootcamps.
